Processing Time

 Our orders are processed within 10 Business days Parentheses excluding weekends and holidays and parentheses after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 10 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

 International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Delays

We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you’re ordered, arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
