With Flat Irons we do allow an EXCHANGE only. Circumstances such as a faulty, non-working, or damaged items on OUR behalf will deem an exchange. We allow 7 full days (not business) to return your item to be exchanged. The customer MUST pay shipping fees in order to receive the exchanged item. Please email tracking number and information once you have shipped your exchange product
Clothing items are allowed for an exchange of SIZE ONLY. You have 7 days to return the item and exchange for a different size. It is recommended to try on clothing as soon as it arrives. Please contact us at your earliest convenience for an exchange via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your items. Shipping is normally 2-3 business days but just in case shipping is delayed due to carrier or postal service allow up to 7. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items after shipment has been shipped and "received" to customers. It is your responsibility to retrieve your shipped package from the local postal service if you missed your delivery attempt. Failure to track or pick up is SOLELY YOUR responsibility.
