We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you received a damaged item, please take a picture of the item(s) alone with the original packing slip (this will serve as your proof of purchase) and email them within 48 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please explain what’s wrong. We will then review the situation and contact you with detailed instructions on returning the item(s) and the process we take to get your item(s) replaced.
In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective.

**In case a refund is approved after products have been shipped, the refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.
The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.
