After purchase you will receive correspondence via email, an intake form that you must complete within 24-48 hours.  Once agreed upon design and information, processing will then start.  Allow us 7-10 days to process and complete design in which we will give you the final draft and item will be shipped accordingly. There are no refunds on post-made designs and no changes will be made after agreement upon final draft.
